Directly apply 4-5 sprays to the feet, legs, or desired skin area and gently massage until completely absorbed.

Let rest, and air dry. Small traces of white, magnesium crystals may be present on the skin. Use throughout the day as needed or on troubled areas at night before sleep.

A tingling or itchy sensation is expected and is common as magnesium is naturally absorbed by the skin. If itchiness persists, rinse the oil after 20 minutes.
