At Plant of Life, we currently ship within the United States and Canada. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Fridays will be processed the next business week.
International Orders
Due to limitations on the importation of dietary & health supplements in different countries, we are unable to extend international shipping to certain countries at this time. We are working hard to make Plant of Life accessible to everyone globally. Thank you for your understanding.

Flat rate & free shipping are not considered expedited shipping.
Flat rate & free shipping, the courier may vary depending on the fastest time available.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Weekends are not counted as business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, including in cases of returns or cancellations.
Our system verifies all shipping addresses. If an address cannot be validated, we will contact you by email or phone. Please understand if we don’t hear back, your shipment may be delayed.
Once your order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping address or shipping method as it is limited by the courier.
Orders cannot be canceled after they are processed for fulfillment.
Do not use emojis or special characters in billing/shipping addresses. Doing so will result in the order being canceled & denied by the courier.
Plant of Life is not responsible for delays caused by external factors by the shipping courier. Thank you for your understanding.
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders of $50 or more (excluding oversized items) before taxes and after discounts. These orders follow the same processing and transit time as Flat Rate Shipping.
For added security, all orders over $120 are shipped with signature required via UPS (at no additional cost). Please provide an address where someone can sign during business hours. If unavailable, the carrier will hold the package for pickup. Please contact the carrier at the earliest.

Unverified addresses. We kindly ask you check your address before submitting the order.
Orders placed with any of the above will be canceled and refunded.

Returnable Items:
Plant of Life gladly accepts any returns or exchanges of any unused and unopened items that you return within 30 days of the original purchase.
Unreturnable Items:
Opened products are not returnable (as they pose a health risk).
Products in boxes with broken seals are not returnable.

Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt that is electronic. All local orders through separate distributors should be discussed at the retail location it was purchased from.
Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after delivery to our warehouse.
To confirm your eligibility, please review our Satisfaction Guarantee.
Approved refunds will reflect the original purchase price of the item(s), excluding original shipping costs.
If a return label is issued by us, a $9.99 fee will be deducted from your total refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on your chosen return shipping method, it may take up to 10 business days for your return to arrive at our facility.
Once received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Returned items remain under the customer’s responsibility until they are received at the Plant of Life warehouse. Please ensure your return is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure all information, including your email address and return address is fully displayed on the package to identify you.
We recommend keeping a photo of your return label or tracking number in case your package is lost during transit.
If returning multiple items in one shipment, you only need one return label. If shipping items separately, a label is required for each package.
We will send a notification via e-mail once your return process has been finished. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment and will be credited back to you within 4-7 business days depending on your financial institution. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless due to an error on Plant of Life’s part.
Refunds are only issued for items that are successfully delivered to our warehouse.
If your return is lost in transit, and the purchase was made over 45 days ago, it is not eligible for a refund or replacement under our policy. We thank you for your understanding.
Exchanges are available for online purchases with the proof of original receipt. Inquiry for exchange should be initiated within 30 days of purchase and merchandise must be unopened and unused. Please follow proper caution and ensure all information is correct when shipping back the merchandise. Handling and shipping fees may apply. All 3rd party distributor exchanges should be discussed on their platform.
