How to Enjoy

  • Thoroughly clean and rinse the bathtub with hot water. For a sitz bath, add 1/2 grams (125 grams) to warm water. Ensure a comfortable temperature and allow the mixture to dissolve for a few minutes before entering. Soak your sensitive parts for 15-20 minutes. Pat dry using a clean towel. May be used daily.
  • For portable sitz, use 2-3 oz (60-80g) according to the directions of your sitz.

Please Note: After birth, exposure to water on sensitive parts may cause pain or discomfort at first before subsiding. Wait a minimum of 3 days post-delivery before bath. Please contact your healthcare provider if you have stitches or any concerns about lasting pain.
